The main function of the container cargo loader is to lift air containers, air skids (hereinafter referred to as “cargo”) up to the aircraft cabin door and to transport the cargo from the loader to the aircraft cabin; or to transport the cargo from the aircraft cabin to the ground.
Loading and unloading of the loader is done by an operator at the main console. The operator must be qualified to use the loader for loading and unloading operations in accordance with the Aviation Ground Handling Manual and aircraft manufacturer's approved procedures.
7T Fuel container cargo loader main platform
1. The lifting and transferring load of the main platform is 7000kg, and the service height is 480~3700 mm;
2. It can meet the loading and unloading of goods by power transmission from the rear side of the main platform and the left and right sides;
3. The main platform is equipped with uniformly distributed rubber transfer wheels, universal nylon wheels and universal wheels for transmission, and the longitudinal and transverse movements and rotary movements of the goods are realized by hydraulically driving the rubber transfer wheels, universal nylon wheels and universal wheels, and the transmission speed is 0.3m/s;
4. The front, back, left and right ends of the main platform are equipped with baffles that can automatically or manually control the lifting:
1) When the main platform rises to the same height (flush position) as the bridge platform, the front baffle automatically falls down;
2) When the main platform descends from the flush position with the bridge platform, the front stopper automatically rises;
3)When the main platform baffle is pressed by the container and board, the main platform can not be raised or lowered;
4)When the main platform is raised from the lowest position, the baffle automatically rises;
5) There are guide plates on both sides of the main platform that can independently control the lifting and lowering movements.
