Baggage Tractor Charging precautions
The charging of the car meets the national standard charging pile for vehicle charging, the interface adopts 9pin DC charging port, and the DC charging port and communication protocol implement the national standard GB/T32960 standard. The charging plug meets GB requirements and can be used interchangeably by multiple brands. Please charge in strict accordance with relevant national regulations.
1) Although the charger has perfect protection measures, it can be unattended under normal circumstances, but once an anomaly occurs, a major accident will still occur, so it is necessary to arrange personnel on duty when charging.
2) The output interface of the charger and the charging interface of the electric vehicle have dangerous voltages, and the hands must be kept dry when operating the charging interface by hand, and the charging interface itself is not allowed to have water traces. The charging operation process and the entire charging process must ensure that the charger, connecting cable and charging interface are not wet by water. After the charging is completed and the charging gun is pulled out, the charging port cover should be closed immediately, and the positive and negative conductive springs in the charging port should be cleaned with alcohol every three months to remove stains.
3) Check whether the input and output cables and charging connectors are damaged before operating the charger. After confirming that the Settings are correct, you can connect the communication interface between the charger and the vehicle battery management system as well as the charging interface between the charger and the vehicle to start the charging process.
4) It is forbidden to insert and remove the charging plug when the charger is not turned off.
5) The vehicle cannot run after connecting the charging gun, and the charging circuit is isolated from the chassis.
6) During the charging process, if the following conditions or other abnormalities are found, the charging operation should be stopped immediately and the charging device should be cut off
Standby power supply, try to maintain the status when the device is faulty:
① Abnormal sound appears inside the charger
② Abnormal odor or smoke is emitted inside the charger
③ The charger display does not show
④ The charger touch screen does not respond
⑥ The charger has an unrecoverable fault alarm
