WTJ5060LJC aircraft garbage receiving vehicle is composed of Qingling Class II automobile chassis, underframe, garbage compartment, platform assembly, lifting door frame assembly, hydraulic system and electrical system.
1. Chassis
The chassis is modified by Qingling Class II automobile chassis, and the use and maintenance can refer to the operation manual of Qingling Class II automobile chassis.
2, chassis assembly
The underframe is composed of the auxiliary longitudinal beam, garbage bin support beam, hydraulic support foot, hydraulic fuel tank, sewage tank and other accessories installed on the longitudinal beam of the car. There are four hydraulic support legs in front and rear, as shown in Figure 1. The underframe assembly is the foundation of the whole vehicle, and the girders, diagonal girders and foot supports are welded by rectangular steel pipes and bent box parts, and fixed to the chassis of the car with U-bolts. The four fixed standing feet are respectively bolted to the standing feet beam. There is an 8Kg fire extinguisher at the rear of the front passenger chassis
The sewage box is a container for collecting sewage in the garbage, its volume is 50L, placed at the tail of the frame, connected with the box through the pipe, there is a 2 "water discharge valve at the lower end of the sewage box for sewage.
