Aircraft Catering Truck (electric) refrigeration system
The refrigeration unit for the Tianyi Yun aviation food truck compartment is a fully electric refrigeration unit independently developed by Tianyi Co., LTD. It adopts a variable frequency design for condensing fans, which can reduce the temperature from 40° C to 3° C within 30 minutes and to 0° C within 45 minutes. The product adopts HFC404A environmentally friendly refrigerant, which is energy-saving and eco-friendly. The air conditioning compressor adopts a high-efficiency horizontal DC inverter scroll compressor, featuring low vibration and a long service life.
Aircraft Catering Truck is composed of a type II electric chassis, scissor hydraulic lifting mechanism, a liftable front platform, a cargo box, front and rear sliding doors, a vehicle thermal management system, and a retractable stable foot assembly (360° panoramic monitoring, driver monitoring system, airport dedicated transport vehicle supervision and management, big data platform for vehicle manufacturers, one-button operation, Bluetooth remote braking, air conditioning system, and refrigeration system are optional). The chassis cab is flat-pitched and can accommodate three passengers. Drive type: 4×2, with a maximum designed speed of 82km/h. The front platform of this aviation food vehicle can move forward and backward as well as left and right, and can dock with aircraft of all types with cabin door heights ranging from (2550 to 6200) mm. The rated load capacity of the carriage is 6,500 kg, the rated load capacity of the fixed platform is 2,200 kg, the rated load capacity of the movable platform is 800kg, and the cruising range is 440km.
