Aircraft catering vehicle working platform
① The working platform consists of a fixed platform, left and right moving platforms, and front and rear telescopic platforms.
② The fixed platform is connected to the front door frame of the compartment by a guide rail and roller assembly, enabling it to rise or descend when the compartment is lifted by the fork frame.
③ There are more than two lighting fixtures with a power greater than 55W on the working platform, and they are installed on both sides of the front of the compartment.
④ A circular anti-collision rubber cylinder is set at the end of the telescopic platform closest to the aircraft.
⑤ A rotating guardrail is installed on the left and right moving platform.
⑥ A telescopic guardrail is set on the rotating guardrail, and a D-shaped yellow anti-collision rubber tube is installed on the telescopic guardrail.
⑦ The left and right movement and front and rear telescopic functions of the platform are standardly equipped with hydraulic oil cylinders.
⑧ The platform is paved with aluminum alloy patterned aluminum plates.
⑨ The platform is equipped with prohibited leaning and platform load indication signs.
⑩ A stainless steel protective net is added to the platform guardrail.
⑪ The side door locking device of the platform adopts a self-locking structure, which is safe and reliable.

① The telescopic platform can only lower the compartment after it is in place.
② Pay attention to the platform load.
③ During operation, the platform guardrail is prohibited from being leaned against.

Aircraft catering vehicle refrigeration system
① The refrigeration system is composed of imported refrigeration units and evaporators.
② The refrigeration system is Carrier 1050.
③ All refrigeration systems have automatic start/stop and self-check functions, which can ensure that the temperature inside the refrigerated compartment is between 0 and 5℃, and the temperature can be reduced to the required range within half an hour after startup.
④ Refrigeration capacity: When the inlet temperature of the evaporator reaches 0℃, the refrigeration capacity is 6355W/h (7525W/h); at -20℃, the refrigeration capacity is 3825W/h (4685W/h).
⑤ Refrigeration system form: Independent type, driven by diesel engine. The compressor unit is semi-enclosed and air-cooled, and the evaporator is of fan coil type.
⑥ Refrigerant: R404A environmentally friendly type.
