The JSTY5050GQS aircraft water truck is a brand-new airport special vehicle designed for refilling water for aircraft. It is modified from the Jiangling JX1061TG25 type fifth-generation manual transmission chassis. The rear end of the main beam is welded with a working platform frame. The left side of the platform frame has steps for the staff to climb onto the box for maintenance and cleaning. The right side of the platform frame is equipped with a water pipe conveying device. On the right side of the main beam, there are water pumps, inlet pipes, hydraulic pumps and hydraulic accessories. On the left side of the main beam, there is a diesel tank and a hydraulic oil tank.
The aircraft water truck (diesel) can be widely applied to aircraft models such as A300, A310, A318, A319, A320, A330, A340, B707, B727, B737, B747, B757, B767, B777, DC8, 1L-18, 1L-62, MD11, MD80, etc.
1. The outer shell of the water tank body is made of 3mm thick high-quality stainless steel plate, with the material being food-grade 316. It is welded using argon arc welding. The inside of the tank is smooth and free of burrs. The bottom of the tank is made into a rounded shape, and the water tank is installed at an incline to facilitate drainage. Filters are installed at the water outlet of the water tank to protect the water pump well. The upper end of the water tank is equipped with a water filling port, which is equipped with a sealing lockable cap. There is a clear and intuitive water level gauge at the water filling port of the water tank, which can clearly and accurately reflect the liquid level height inside the tank.
2. In cold regions, the water tank adopts an insulated water tank. The insulated water tank is made by covering a 2.5mm thick cold-rolled steel plate on the constant temperature water tank, and filling 30mm thick foam material in the middle, so that the water tank can be insulated and prevent freezing in winter. 3. The water tank interior is equipped with a 3mm thick molded stainless steel anti-vibration plate to avoid shaking during vehicle movement after water filling, and it is firmly welded, reasonably arranged, and easy to clean. Ventilation valves are installed at the top of the water tank respectively.
