The JSTY9600I aircraft de-icing vehicle provides mobile de-icing and anti-icing services for aircraft of all sizes.
The control system of the modular deicing vehicle system, including the power module, is located on the control panel in the vehicle's cab.
The modular deicing vehicle is equipped with a walkie-talkie system for communication between the cab and the pod.
Hydraulic system of aircraft deicing vehicle
The vehicle's hydraulic system is composed of a four-pump hydraulic combination driven by a secondary engine. The first set of hydraulic pumps is used to drive the deicing water pump to operate. The second group of hydraulic pumps enter the electromagnetic integrated valve block, which is used to drive the actions of the blower, fuel pump and anti-icing water pump, etc. The third set of hydraulic pumps enters the five-joint multi-way directional control valve, which is used for five sets of actions: boom rotation, boom lifting, pod lifting, boom lifting and pod rotation. The fourth group of hydraulic pumps enters the electromagnetic integrated valve block, which is used to control the auxiliary support action of the front axle.
When the oil temperature in the hydraulic oil tank reaches 42 degrees, the temperature sensor automatically sends out an electrical signal to control the heat dissipation of the hydraulic oil radiator. When the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic oil tank reaches 80 degrees, the temperature sensor automatically sends out an electrical signal, and at the same time, the control system will automatically issue a warning prompt, informing the driver that the hydraulic system is at high temperature and needs to stop working immediately. A liquid level alarm is also installed in the hydraulic oil tank. When the hydraulic oil level in the hydraulic oil tank drops below the specified value, the control system will automatically issue a warning. At this point, work must be immediately stopped, the auxiliary engine turned off, and the hydraulic oil tank replenished with hydraulic oil.
The maximum effective volume of the hydraulic oil tank is approximately 160L. Before leaving the factory, the tank is already filled with 10# low-temperature anti-wear hydraulic oil for aviation ground use (red). Subsequently, hydraulic oil of the same manufacturer and the same model must be replenished. It is strictly prohibited to mix hydraulic oil of different models. The replacement cycle of hydraulic oil is either after 2,000 hours of operation or after 2 years of equipment use, whichever comes first.
The direction of the upper rotary valve handle is when the rotary valve is fully open (that is, the rotary valve operation handle and the oil suction port pipe are in the same axial direction). The rotary valve must be fully open before the secondary generator can be started. If the rotary valve is in a closed or not fully open state to start the pair, the hydraulic pump will soon be damaged due to dry grinding at the oil suction port due to lack of oil, and it will also contaminate the hydraulic system. The rotary valve will only be temporarily closed when the hydraulic pump is replaced. Once the pump is replaced, the rotary valve must be operated to be fully open immediately.
