Aircraft diesel catering vehicle working platform
1. The working platform is composed of three main parts: the fixed platform, the left and right moving platform, and the front and rear telescopic platform.
2. The dimensions of the front platform are as follows:
Fixed platform (length × width, mm): 1150 × 1800, with a load capacity of 600 kg.
2. The left and right moving platform (length × width, mm): 730 × 1000, with a load capacity of 300 kg and a travel range of 0 - 300 mm.
Front and rear telescopic platform (length × width, mm): 500 × 878, with a load capacity of 150 kg and a travel range of 0 - 500 mm.
3. The working platform is equipped with 2 lighting lamps with a power of 55W, installed on both sides of the front of the carriage.
4. At the end of the front telescopic platform close to the aircraft, there is a circular anti-collision rubber cylinder.
5. On the left and right moving platform, there is a rotating guardrail.
6. On the rotating guardrail, there is a telescopic guardrail, and on the telescopic guardrail, a D-shaped yellow anti-collision rubber tube is installed.
7. The left and right moving and front and rear telescopic functions of the platform are standardly equipped with hydraulic oil cylinders.
8. The platform is paved with 5mm aluminum alloy patterned aluminum plates. The thickness of the patterned aluminum plates can be selected as 6mm or 8mm.
9. The platform is equipped with prohibition of leaning and platform load indication signs.
10. According to customer requirements, stainless steel protective nets can be added to the platform guardrails.
11. The side door locking device of the platform adopts self-locking type.
