Aircraft Lavatory Truck (Diesel)is designed as a rear lifting work platform, a large capacity cleaning and sewage tank in the middle, a vacuum pump suction system driven by hydraulic motors and a stainless steel acid-resistant water pump driven by hydraulic motors. The vacuum pump suction system can provide suction services for aircraft sewage tanks efficiently and conveniently. Stainless steel water pump driven by hydraulic motor provides cleaning function for aircraft sewage tank.
Aircraft Lavatory Truck (Diesel) sewage and fresh water tank assembly:
The water tank is made of 4mm 304 stainless steel plates. The tank body consists of three completely isolated water tanks:
a) The circulating water tank, providing circulating water for the vacuum pump.
b) The clean water tank, providing cleaning water for the aircraft, with a circular manhole cover and a ventilation hole at the top, two water filling ports and a liquid level gauge, the magnetic flip liquid level gauge has a low-level alarm function.
c) The sewage tank, used to store the sewage discharged from the aircraft sewage tank, divided into two identical compartments by a water-blocking plate, the top of the tank has a circular pressure manhole cover, two breathing valves, the bottom of the tank is equipped with a sloping groove, a DN100 sewage discharge valve is installed at the lowest point; at the rear end of the sewage tank is the sewage discharge pipe interface, observation hole, and a quick interface for flushing the sewage tank of the vehicle.
d) The function of the breathing valve is: when the vacuum degree reaches the rated vacuum pressure of the tank, the breathing valve starts to suck air from the outside of the tank to the inside, thus ensuring the safety of the tank. The bottom is equipped with a sewage outlet, the rear end of the sewage tank end face has a sewage observation window, which can observe the sewage water level in the cabin.
e) The tank is connected to the chassis through 6 rubber shock absorbers, which can effectively buffer the vibration of the vehicle during movement.
f) The upper surface of the water tank has imported 3M anti-slip tape to prevent operators from slipping when working or inspecting on the water tank.
g) The interior of the sewage tank is equipped with a "井" shape water-blocking plate to prevent the impact and stirring of water flow during vehicle movement.
h) The upper end of the clean water tank is equipped with a water filling port， which is equipped with a sealed and locking cover. At the position of the clean water tank water filling port， there is a clear and intuitive liquid level gauge， which has the feature of winter anti-freezing damage and can clearly and accurately reflect the liquid level height inside the tank.
