Aircraft maintenance ladders are compatible with all aircraft types, including the ARJ21, ERJ190, B737CL, 737NG, 737MAX, A320 series, A320NEO, and B777-200F.
As a hand-push type, these ladders eliminate the need for a vehicle chassis and engine, thus avoiding fuel and maintenance costs and significantly reducing vehicle purchase costs. They are economical and durable. The ladders are equipped with hand-cranked supports and braking devices, enhancing stability and safety during parking and use, especially in strong winds. Therefore, they are particularly suitable for post-flight inspection and maintenance work at medium and small terminals, as well as large international airports with passenger aircraft parking areas and airlines.
The main body assembly of the Aircraft maintenance ladders consists of upper and lower longitudinal beams, step fixing frames, and step plates. This ladder structure is fixed. The step plates are made of 4mm anti-slip patterned aluminum plate (anti-slip wolf tooth tail plates are optional). The platform assembly consists of a fixed platform, anti-collision rubber tubes, warning tapes, and guardrails. The supporting crossbeams on both sides of the fixed platform are made of rectangular tubular profiles welded together.
