Aircraft Towed air start unit: Boeing 707, 717, 727, 737 series, 757, 767, 747 series, some B777, DC8, DC9, DC10, MD80 series, MD90, MD11, Airbus A320 The series, A340 series, A300, A310, and A330, that is, all models except those equipped with the GE90 engine


Aircraft Towed air start unit is designed for rear air compressor and radiator (for air compressor), middle diesel engine and air filter, front cooling fan and muffler. The diesel engine-driven air compressor compression system and radiator drive, the diesel engine-driven air compressor compression system can efficiently and conveniently output low-pressure and high-flow compressed air to aircraft engines, and at the same time assist in supplying air for aircraft inspection or air conditioning. The base load-bearing capacity of the chassis is 8 tons, with a maximum of 10 tons. The upper and lower components are connected by 6 huge connecting plates through 72 M16 bolts of grade 12.9. The upper air source unit and the lower towed chassis can be separated as needed. The rear end of the main beam is welded with a hose slot assembly and can be used as a step. The chassis frame, cover shell and various units are fixed on the top. In the middle of the frame is where the fuel tank is stored. Fuel can be supplied to the diesel engine and the compressor through oil pipes. The tractor tows the trailer through the front pull frame at the front.
