Aircraft water truck (600P) water supply system
The water pump is installed at the lower right front end of the box, directly connected to the water tank outlet. The water pump adopts a stainless steel centrifugal pump and is driven by a hydraulic motor. All the water pumps are made of stainless steel and are equipped with mechanical seals. A drain plug is installed at the lowest point of the water pump. A safety pressure regulating valve is installed in the water pipeline system, which can adjust the water pressure during water supply according to actual usage (under normal working conditions, the water supply pressure is 0.25Mpa to 0.40Mpa).
The clear water hose is a food-grade delivery hose. At the end of the outlet pipe, there is a water filling connector that can be quickly connected to the aircraft's water filling port. On the working platform in the middle of the water supply pipeline, there is a stop valve to control the backflow and flow rate of water in the water supply pipeline. An electronic turbine flowmeter is installed in the pipeline, which enables convenient observation of the water volume and flow rate each time water is added.
