The hydraulic pump in the hydraulic system adopts a gear pump. The entire vehicle is equipped with four external hydraulic support cylinder oil tanks with bidirectional hydraulic locks to ensure that passengers' boarding vehicles can work safely and reliably. Airport Ambulift is equipped with two operation boxes at the front and rear, and an additional handheld operation box is added on the rear platform for convenient operation. The system is equipped with metric pressure gauges, manual and electric control valves, emergency electric pumps, manual pumps, etc. to ensure the safety of operation and running for passengers' boarding vehicles. The entire system consists of power mechanism, control mechanism, execution mechanism, auxiliary mechanism, working medium, etc.
① Power mechanism
The main power uses a gear pump, driven by the engine through the gearbox, which drives the power take-off device, and the power take-off device directly drives the gear pump to output working fluid.
The emergency pump adopts two forms: electric pump and hand-operated hydraulic pump. When the electric pump is without power and cannot be operated in an emergency, the hand-operated hydraulic pump can be used for operation.
② Control and adjustment device
The control and adjustment device includes pressure valves, direction valves, and flow valves. The control valve group is integrated and installed on the oil circuit block with pressure gauges, electromagnetic directional valves, pressure reducing valves, and relief valves, etc., and is placed in the control valve box on the right side of the hydraulic oil tank. The main hydraulic valves of the system are selected from products of Taiwan Oil Research. The maximum working pressure of the system is preset to 15 MPa by the relief valve.
Pressure valve: The pressure valve is composed of a relief valve and a throttle valve.
③ Execution mechanism
The execution mechanism includes the box body lifting cylinder and support leg retraction and extension cylinder, the front platform moving and telescopic cylinder, and the rear platform flipping and lifting cylinder.
④ Auxiliary mechanism
The auxiliary mechanism includes the oil tank, emergency pump assembly, oil filter, liquid level gauge, pressure gauge, and hydraulic pipes.
The hydraulic oil tank and emergency pump assembly are installed at the rear central position of the vehicle chassis driver's cabin.
⑤ Working medium
The working medium uses the oil stored in the oil tank when the factory ships the product. If other brand oil is used as the working medium, the hydraulic system should be cleaned and all the hydraulic oil should be replaced.
