Electrical system of Airport lavatory truck
Airport lavatory truck electrical system mainly include direct current (dc) system, the battery, electric control boxes, lights and emergency lights, etc. The electrical control box is equipped with a water supply switch, a lighting switch, a platform lifting switch, a power switch and a vacuum pump switch.
The control system mainly has the following functions:
1) The platform should have an anti-collision function when rising.
2) The power take-off is not disengaged, and the vehicle cannot be driven.
3) Vehicles cannot be driven until the platform has reached its lowest point.
4) The engine automatically accelerates when water is supplied.
5) It is equipped with an adjustable speed limiter for driving.
9.1 The electrical system consists of two parts: the original chassis electrical circuit schematic diagram provided by the chassis factory and the newly added electrical system of this vehicle. The platform work light is controlled by the platform switch, and the platform lifting and water pumping are controlled by the electromagnetic directional control valve through the electrical buttons. A warning light is installed on the top of the cab, controlled by the car key. When the key is turned on, the warning light will come on to draw the attention of the staff passing by with mobile devices.
9.2 Both relays and switches are imported products from Europe and America, and the switches are rainproof. All control boxes, operation boxes, distribution boxes and other components around the vehicle should be waterproof on all sides.
9.3 Electrically controlled hydraulic operation console, lighting electrical switch, emergency stop switch
9.4 The solenoid valve and the relief valve are equipped with emergency buttons. When the solenoid directional control valve or the relief valve malfunctions, the solenoid valve fault button can be pressed to activate the hydraulic cylinder.
