The aviation garbage collection vehicle (electric type) is modified from the Qingling QL1070BEVECDAY chassis and is capable of handling garbage from various types of passenger aircraft such as B737, B747, B777, B787, A320 series, A330, A350, etc.
This aviation garbage vehicle (electric type) mainly consists of two types of chassis, a container assembly, a garbage collection system, an exhaust system, a hydraulic transmission system, a front working platform, a vehicle thermal management system, an electrical system (360° surround monitoring, driver monitoring system, airport-specific transportation vehicle supervision and management enterprise big data platform, one-click operation, battery thermal management system option). The chassis cab is flat-head and single-row seating, with a capacity of 3 passengers; the drive type is 4×2, the garbage container volume is 20m³, the platform lifting range is 2400mm to 5800mm.
The garbage container is composed of a frame, skin, lid and door. The effective volume is 16m³. The frame is made of rectangular steel pipe welded parts, the side and top skins are 1.2mm thick stainless steel plates, fixed to the inner side of the frame with rivets, and the outer side is sealed with glue to prevent rainwater from leaking in and corroding the rectangular steel pipes. The bottom skin is composed of 1.5mm stainless steel material and 1.5mm stainless steel filter screen, with the bottom skin inclined towards the middle on both sides, facilitating the water in the garbage to flow into the middle drainage channel, the middle and bottom are filter screens, the tail is an 80mm deep water tank, which can ensure that the garbage container does not overflow when tilted, the function of the filter screen is to filter out the water in the garbage and allow it to flow through the pipeline to the sewage tank installed on the sub-frame; there is a 1540×1100 garbage disposal hatch on the front upper part of the container, and the cooperating lid is processed from a single patterned plate and matched with the container mouth frame, driven by an oil cylinder to open or close. The opening at the rear of the container is 1795×1385, and is equipped with a sealed box door operated by a hydraulic cylinder, with a maximum opening angle of 68°. On the right front of the container, there is a side door for collecting the garbage on the bottom surface.
