Baggage Towing Tractor Drive motor and controller precautions:
Due to the fact that the controller still has low voltage inside and at the control terminals for a short period of time after power-off, the following maintenance is only applicable to trained professionals; otherwise, it may cause serious personal injury or equipment accident
(1) Regularly check whether the fixing bolts of the drive motor and motor controller are loose.
(2) Regularly check if the wiring harness joints are loose to prevent water from entering the joints.
(3) Do not rinse directly with water to avoid electric shock.
(4) If it is necessary to open the controller cover plate for operation, be sure to unplug the low-voltage power supply first and wait for about 2 minutes to allow the capacitor to discharge completely before proceeding to avoid electric shock.
