Aircraft sewage truck is composed of qingling class II chassis modification assembly, water tank assembly, fixed platform, lifting working platform assembly, hydraulic system, electrical system and so on.
1. The water pump is installed at the lower front end of the box body, directly connected to the outlet of the water tank. The water pump is a stainless steel centrifugal pump with the model SCB50-12.5/45, driven by a hydraulic motor. All the water pumps are made of stainless steel and have mechanical seals. A drain screw is installed at the lowest point of the water pump, and a safety pressure regulating valve is installed in the water supply pipeline system to adjust the water pressure during actual use (under normal conditions, the water pressure during supply is 0.25Mpa to 0.35Mpa).
2. The water supply pipeline is composed of stainless steel pipes and hoses. The clear water hose is a food-grade conveying hose. At the end of the outlet hose, there is a water filling connector that can quickly connect to the aircraft water filling port. At the working platform in the middle of the water supply pipeline, there is a stop valve to control the return flow and water velocity of the water in the pipeline. An electronic turbine flowmeter is installed in the pipeline, which can conveniently display the amount and flow of each water filling. The LWGYDN25 type turbine flowmeter uses the principle that the turbine rotates due to the water flow driving it, cutting the magnetic lines to measure the flow value, which is displayed on the LCD screen. The pipeline of this flowmeter is made of stainless steel material, and the power is supplied by a dedicated battery. This flowmeter has a one-time flow reset function.
The aircraft sewage vehicle can be widely used for the operation of aircraft models other than the Airbus A380, such as A300, A310, A318, A319, A320, B707, B727, B737, B747, B757, B767, B777, DC8, 1L-18, 1L-62, MD11, MD80, etc.
