Monitoring and measurement: Check whether the current of the CO2 gas shielded welding machine (280A- 290A) is within the specified range, whether there is any false welding, whether it meets the standards and is reliable. Welding material model: JQ.MG70S--6, welding material diameter 1.0mm

(2) Inspection dimensions of Diesel airport catering truck: Measure the rectangular tubes of the fork frame as required by the production drawings.

Inspection equipment: vernier calipers, tape measures;

Monitoring and measurement: Use vernier calipers and tape measures to measure the dimensions of the rectangular tube of the fork frame. If they do not meet the requirements of the drawing, it indicates that there is a problem with the rectangular tube of the fork frame and rework should be carried out. Meet the size requirements of the drawing.

(3) Calibration: Calibrate the rectangular tubes of the fork frame in accordance with the production process requirements.

Test equipment: JSTY--YC--50 hydraulic press;

Monitoring and measurement: Hydraulic press pressure 14MPa, flow rate 25ml/r.
