Diesel Self-Propelled Lavatory Truck Vacuum Pump

The self-propelled lavatory truck's hydraulic motor drives the vacuum pump, model 2BV2771, to evacuate the wastewater, creating a certain negative pressure within the tank. Once the aircraft wastewater pipe connection is connected, the aircraft wastewater valve is opened, and the vacuum pump is switched on, the aircraft wastewater tank can be quickly and cleanly vacuumed. Vacuum drainage not only improves work efficiency but also prevents wastewater from leaking out of the pipe connection, preventing contamination of the airport environment and personnel.

Note: If the vacuum pump on the self-propelled lavatory truck is damaged or the vacuum function is not required, the vacuum pump should not be turned on, allowing wastewater to drain by gravity.

The three-way ball valve on the upper end of the water ring vacuum pump in the self-propelled lavatory truck pump is normally open, while the drain port on the other end is normally closed. The ball valve on the drain port is open to drain the circulating water from the circulating water tank.
