The bottom surface skin is composed of 1.5mm stainless steel material and 1.5mm stainless steel filter screen. The function of the filter screen is to filter out the water in the garbage and let it flow through the pipeline to the sewage tank installed on the subframe. There is a garbage disposal hatch of 1540×1100 opened on the upper front of the box. The box cover that matches it is formed by processing a single piece of checkered plate and is matched with the box opening frame. It can be opened or closed by the drive of the oil cylinder. The opening at the rear of the box is 2000×1800, and it is equipped with a closed box door operated by a hydraulic cylinder, with a maximum opening Angle of 68°
The underframe of the Garbage Collection Truck is composed of the secondary longitudinal beam installed on the longitudinal beam of the vehicle, the garbage bin support beam, the hydraulic support feet, the hydraulic oil tank, the sewage tank and other accessories. There are a total of 4 hydraulic support legs at the front and rear, as shown in Figure 1. The underframe assembly is the foundation of the entire vehicle. The main beam, diagonal support beam and support foot bracket are welded from rectangular steel pipes and bent box-shaped parts, and are fixed to the vehicle chassis with U-bolts. The four fixed straight support feet are respectively connected to the support foot beam with bolts. An 8Kg fire extinguisher is installed at the rear of the passenger seat on the chassis
The sewage tank is a container used to collect sewage from garbage. It has a volume of 50 liters and is placed at the rear of the vehicle frame. It is connected to the tank body through a pipe. At the lower end of the sewage tank, there is a 2 "water release valve for discharging sewage.
