1.The working platform is equipped with a front movable platform and a rear lifting working platform specially designed for passengers with mobility issues.
2. The front working platform is always in a frame structure, featuring forward and backward extension as well as left and right movement functions. It is located on the right side of the cab.
2.1 The front working platform is composed of a fixed platform and front and rear telescopic platforms, as shown in the figure
2.2 The front end of the front working platform is equipped with a buffer pipe and a safety device for connecting to the aircraft cabin door to prevent collision with the aircraft. It is equipped with a front platform for connecting to the cabin door of the passenger aircraft, and the platform can be raised and lowered according to the height requirements of the cabin door.
2.3 Sliding railings and fixed railings are set on both sides of the front platform. When all the sliding railings are retracted, it does not prevent the opening and closing of the passenger aircraft cabin door. A canopy is provided above the front platform.
2.4 The telescopic capacity of the telescopic platform is 600mm, and the moving distance of the mobile platform is 600mm
3. Rear working platform assembly
3.1 The rear lifting platform is of a frame structure and is located at the rear of the entire vehicle. Rise and fall with the body of the box. As shown in the following figure:
3.2 The rear lifting platform has a flipping function.
3.3. At the rear end of the chassis and on the rear lifting platform, there are control switches for the lifting and flipping of the rear lifting platform.
When the rear lifting platform is not in operation, it can be folded up, fixed at the rear end of the box body, and locked with a hydraulic lock.
3.5 When the body drops to the lowest point, the platform will be supported by the support frame on the auxiliary beam and the body together. When the body rises to the bottom and is flush with the upper plane of the platform, the platform will rise and fall synchronously with the body.
3.7 The front and rear platform floors are made of patterned aluminum plates, which have the functions of waterproofing, anti-slip and anti-corrosion.
When not in use, the rear platform can be folded up, fixed at the rear end of the box body, and locked by a hydraulic lock.
