The platform is a component that directly contacts the aircraft. It consists of a fixed platform, an extendable platform, sliding side doors and extendable cylinders, and is rigidly connected to the upper part of the lift. To ensure the safety of the platform when it is close to the aircraft, an electrical limit switch is installed at the front end of the platform, which enables the platform to automatically and reliably stop when it is at the ideal position close to the aircraft. The telescopic platform can swing left and right. When the passenger elevator car is not vertically connected to the aircraft cabin door, it can automatically adjust the error between the platform and the cabin door. The sliding side door is used to adjust the clearance caused by the extension and retraction of the telescopic platform. The sliding side door is fixed with a mechanical positioning locking structure, featuring convenient locking and opening, as well as safety and reliability.
2. Four Schneider sensors from France are installed on the activity platform, each 300mm thick, with a warning function to alert the driver and operator to pay attention.
3. When the platform connects to an aircraft, there will be a warning sound. When a vehicle approaches an aircraft, there will be an alarm sound to alert the driver.
4. The platform automatically stops working 5cm after being connected to the aircraft cabin. Four Schneider sensors from France and a photoelectric alarm system are installed.
