The T-XC80 Plane Baggage Luggage Belt Loader conveyor belt bracket is mainly composed of an 800mm wide main frame, load-bearing rollers, driving rollers, driven rollers, adjusting rollers, driving motors, baffles, handrails, etc.

The front drive roller is a rubber-coated roller with a diameter greater than 200mm and a polyurethane material rubber layer, which provides sufficient friction while offering a service life of up to 20 years. The rear end is a conveyor belt tensioning device. With an adjustment range of up to 160mm from front to back, the conveyor belt is easy to disassemble, assemble and maintain.

The load-bearing rollers are thickened with a wall thickness of 2mm. The distance between the front and rear rollers is only 70mm, ensuring that luggage is not damaged by the goods during loading and unloading. The middle distance is 180mm, minimizing subsequent maintenance to the greatest extent.

The conveyor belt is 700mm wide and 8mm thick, a three-layer woven NANG conveyor belt imported from Taiwan, and a stainless steel belt buckle imported from the United States. Two sets of conveyor belt deviation correction devices are installed at the lower end of the conveyor frame to control the left and right deviation of the belt during the front and back operation.
