Precautions for Charging Bulk Cargo loaders (Electric)
This bulk cargo loader (electric type) is equipped with a national standard charging pile for vehicle charging. The interface adopts a 9-pin DC charging port, and both the DC charging port and the communication protocol comply with the national standard GB/T32960. The charging plug complies with GB requirements and can be interchanged among multiple brands. Please strictly follow the relevant national regulations for charging operations.
Although the charger has complete protective measures and can be unattended under normal circumstances, major accidents can still occur once an abnormality happens. Therefore, personnel must be on duty during charging.
2) Both the output interface of the charger and the charging interface of the electric vehicle carry dangerous voltages. When operating the charging interface by hand, it is essential to keep your hands dry. The charging interface itself must not have any water marks. During the charging operation process and the entire charging process, it is necessary to ensure that the charger, connecting cables, and charging interface are not wet by water. After the charging is completed and the charging gun is pulled out, the charging port cover should be closed immediately. Every three months, the positive and negative conductive springs inside the charging port should be cleaned with alcohol to remove stains.
3) Before operating the charger, check whether the input and output cables and the charging connectors are damaged. Only after confirming that the Settings are correct can the communication interface between the charger and the on-board battery management system, as well as the charging interface between the charger and the vehicle, be connected to start the charging process.
4) Do not plug or unplug the charging plug when the charger is not turned off.
5) After connecting the charging gun, the vehicle cannot move and the charging circuit is isolated from the chassis.
6) During the charging process, if any of the following situations or other abnormalities are found, the charging operation should be immediately stopped and the charging equipment cut off
Prepare the power supply and try to maintain the state when the equipment malfunctions
There is an abnormal noise inside the charger
② Abnormal odors or smoke are emitted from inside the charger
③ The charger's display screen is not showing
④ The touchscreen of the charger is unresponsive
⑥ The charger has an irrecoverable fault alarm
