1.1 The airport ambulift is mainly composed of: the vehicle chassis, the support foot assembly, the lifting fork assembly, the box body assembly, the front and rear platforms assembly, the hydraulic system and the electrical system, etc.
1.2 The auxiliary beam assembly is of a frame structure. It consists of the auxiliary beam frame, the front support frame and four retractable hydraulic supports.
1.3 The lifting frame is formed by two high-strength rigid components connected by hinges, presenting a scissor-type fork structure. The upper and lower parts are respectively connected to the vehicle body and the auxiliary beam through hinges. Through the extension and retraction of the hydraulic cylinders, the lifting frame can be lifted and lowered.
1.4 It has two separate working platforms at the front and rear, facilitating the boarding and alighting of passengers with mobility impairments.
1.5 The front platform can be extended and retracted front and back, facilitating access to the boarding cabin door; the rear platform can be folded, retracted and vertically lifted, facilitating the boarding and alighting of passengers with mobility impairments onto the vehicle.
1.6 The front platform must be equipped with a guardrail, and the retractable platform guardrail can also be contracted. The outside is equipped with anti-collision protection measures.
1.7 The airport ambulift is modified based on the Chongqing second-class vehicle chassis (Chongqing 700P) truck.
1.8 The driver's cabin is equipped with a set of operation indicator lights to display the working status; a set of easy-to-operate control panels are set at a prominent position below the boarding crew; a set of control panels is also installed inside the box body.
1.9 On the side of the box body, there are convenient side doors for staff and accompanying personnel to enter and exit the box body, and there are also safety handrails for ascending and descending stairs.
2.0 Four hydraulic oil cylinder supports are installed around the entire vehicle.
2.1 The control system is a combination of manual oil circuit control and electrical control.
