Ding Yanchao, Director of the Vehicle-Road Collaboration Institute at the Suzhou Automotive Research Institute of Tsinghua University, presented a research and development plan for high-value patent cultivation, focusing on key technological innovations and demonstration application scenarios. Li Jing, Deputy Director of Nanjing Sugao Patent and Trademark Office, detailed the service plan for high-value patent cultivation, including patent navigation, deployment strategies, capacity building, and risk management, providing professional support for project implementation.
