The vehicle delivered this time is the JSTY5060GWSE electric aircraft sewage vehicle independently developed by Tianyi Aviation. It is modified using Qingling chassis and is designed with a rear-mounted lifting working platform and a mid-mounted large-capacity sewage tank. It is equipped with a vacuum pump sewage suction system and a water pump water supply system. The vacuum pump sewage suction system can efficiently perform sewage suction operations on the aircraft sewage tank, while the water pump water supply system provides cleaning functions for the aircraft sewage tank and the sewage vehicle's own water tank. It is suitable for mainstream civil aviation aircraft models such as C919, ARJ21, A320, and B737.
At the delivery site, the rain did not affect the rigor of the acceptance inspection. Technical experts from the airport management department, the field support team, and the ground service team, all working in the rain, conducted a series of strict inspections according to the standard operating procedures, from the vehicle appearance, battery power system to the vacuum pump suction force, and the sealing of the hydraulic pipelines. In the crucial high-pressure suction operation, the vehicle activated the sewage suction system and completed the precise suction of the accumulated pool sewage within just a few minutes. The suction force was strong, the interfaces were tightly sealed without any leakage, and it received unanimous approval from the on-site acceptance personnel.
Compared with traditional fuel-powered sewage vehicles, the JSTY5060GWSE electric sewage vehicle demonstrates remarkable green and low-carbon advantages. With pure electricity as the power source, the vehicle operates without any emissions. The large-capacity lithium iron phosphate battery ensures a long operating range for the vehicle throughout the day.
