Recently, Jiangsu Tianyi Aviation Industry Co., Ltd. successfully obtained the "Jiangsu Province Airport Special Unmanned Equipment Mobilization Center" certificate issued by the Jiangsu Provincial Development and Reform Commission. This indicates that Tianyi GSE's technical strength and national defense mobilization capabilities in the field of high-end civil aviation equipment have received official high recognition, and the military-civilian integration strategy has reached a new level.
Tianyi GSE was established in 2011. It is a national high-tech enterprise and a key "little giant" enterprise in the national specialized, refined, distinctive and innovative category (the only one in the civil aviation equipment industry). The company focuses on civil aviation airport-specific equipment and smart airport solutions. Its products include L4-level autonomous driving new energy vehicles, ASD safety collision prevention systems, 5G big data supervision platforms, etc. The company's market share of civil aviation new energy-specific equipment has ranked first in China for three consecutive years and has been exported to 35 countries and regions around the world. Relying on provincial-level innovation platforms such as the Jiangsu Provincial Engineering Technology Research Center for Digital Civil Aviation High-End Equipment, the company has a total of over 200 valid patents, including 89 invention patents, with significant technical barriers.
As the provincial mobilization center, Tianyi GSE will undertake five core responsibilities: establishing an emergency production conversion mechanism for aviation equipment between wartime and peacetime to ensure that it can quickly take on military special vehicle customization tasks in wartime; collaborating with the military to jointly develop dual-use technologies such as unmanned systems and intelligent support; constructing a strategic reserve of core materials and an emergency logistics network; forming an aviation equipment support reserve unit to cultivate skilled personnel urgently needed in wartime; aligning with military quality control standards and establishing a full-life-cycle traceability system to ensure the reliability of mobilization products.
In recent years, Tianyi GSE has actively participated in national defense mobilization practices: from 2022 to 2024, it participated in the practical exercises of unmanned equipment in the Eastern Theater Command, undertaking tasks such as intelligent reconnaissance and material delivery; it signed a cooperation intention for system improvement and upgrading with the army's equipment department; in epidemic prevention and disaster relief efforts, intelligent disinfection robots and new energy emergency equipment have played a significant role. These experiences have accumulated valuable experience for the construction of the mobilization center.
In the future, the mobilization center will continue to integrate regional resources, promote mutual recognition of military and civilian standards, explore the research and development of military support equipment for large aircraft, provide efficient equipment supply and technical support for key defense areas in the eastern coastal region, and contribute the "Tianyi strength" to the construction of the new era national defense mobilization system.
