1. The air source vehicles being tendered must hold a valid "Civil Airport Special Equipment Use License" or "Civil Airport Special Equipment Approval Certificate" issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China, or be airport equipment that has been announced on the website of the Civil Aviation Administration of China.
2. The air source vehicle mainly consists of two major parts: the air source unit and the vehicle chassis. It is a device capable of continuously generating and outputting compressed air with a pressure of no less than 43psi for the starting of aircraft jet engines.
3. The AIR source unit should have four working modes: STANDBY, AIR PACES, JET START, and OFF.
4. The air source unit should consist of an engine, a compressor, a pressure regulating system, a bypass, a gas supply pipeline and an electrical control system, etc. It should be installed on a rigid steel base. The hood should be formed by stamping steel plates, have good sound insulation performance, and be equipped with a large enough cabin door to facilitate the maintenance work of the unit.
5. Except for the operating components of the air source unit, all components should be installed inside the hood, and no components should protrude.
6. The air source unit should be capable of operating around the clock and possess excellent rainproof, water-draining, moisture-proof and anti-corrosion performance. The frame of the unit should adopt good anti-corrosion and anti-rust measures such as galvanizing process, etc. The exterior wall panels of the unit should be made of aluminum alloy material, which has long-term anti-corrosion and anti-rust performance.
7. Main performance requirements
1) Gas supply volume ≥180 PPM;
2) Gas supply pressure ≥43psi
3) Gas supply temperature ≤220℃;
4) Dimensions (vehicle-mounted type) :
a. Total length ≤7125mm;
b. Total width ≤2260mm;
c. Total height ≤3300mm.
5) Curb weight ≤ 8,300 kg;
6) Noise requirements: At a distance of 7 meters from the vehicle body and a height of 1 meter, the noise level should be ≤100dB.
7) Ground clearance ≥145mm;
8) The minimum turning diameter is ≤16000mm.
★8. Main performance requirements for the engine
a. Type: Original imported diesel electronic fuel injection turbocharged intercooled engine;
b. Rated power ≥500kW;
c. Rated speed ≥2100rpm;
d. Exhaust emissions should not be lower than the TIER3/COM3 standards for non-road mobile machinery.
e. It should be equipped with emergency shutdown, high-temperature protection shutdown, low oil pressure protection shutdown and other protective devices.
9. Main performance requirements for the compressor:
a. Type: Uncoated, oil-free screw compressor;
b. Continuous gas supply flow rate ≥180ppm;
c. Exhaust temperature ≤220℃;
d. Cooling method: Oil cooling plus air cooling type;
