Towing Airport baggage belt loader is mainly composed of the main frame, the load-bearing roller, the stainless steel slide frame, the driving roller, the driven roller, the adjusting roller, and the driving motor. The control switch and the emergency stop switch are equipped at the front and rear ends. The drive motor drives the belt to feed up and unload down through the drive roller. The driven roller and the adjusting roller can regulate the tension, skew and deviation of the conveyor belt. To enhance the structural strength, the main frame of the transmission frame adopts a channel beam structure. Buffer rubber blocks are installed at both the front and rear ends of the conveyor frame.
The load-bearing rollers made of seamless steel pipes are durable. The driving and driven rollers adopt a variable cross-section structure, eliminating the factor of conveyor belt deviation and making it easy to adjust.
Guide plates with a height of 100mm are installed on both sides of the conveyor frame to prevent luggage from sliding out of the conveyor frame. The left and right side baffles are movable and lower than the conveying surface when lowered.
