TY-XC60T towed conveyor loader is a non-motorized bulk cargo loader developed by Jiangsu Tianyi . It has light weight and practicality. Can be adjusted steplessly according to the height of the aircraft cabin door to load and unload luggage and bulk cargo . The platform height of the bulk cargo loader is 1000 ～3600mm from the ground .
The bulk cargo loader is a towed type . The whole vehicle is powered by an engine-driven hydraulic gear pump. The direction of travel is controlled by manually pushing the tow bar, and the tow bar is rotated to control the forward direction. The whole vehicle is low in cost, durable, and economical to maintain. In addition, the manual operation speed is slow, and it is equipped with a safe docking system that displays the docking distance and provides sound and light alarms, which greatly improves the safety of docking aircraft cabin doors.
The bulk cargo loader is light in weight, easy to operate, and has flexible and stable steering. It is suitable for 1 to 2 staff members to push it when approaching the aircraft at a close distance. It can be towed and moved by a baggage tractor for longer distances. Therefore, it is particularly suitable for use in medium and small terminal airports and airlines.
