The TYLTD300 electric towing vehicle mainly transports passengers' luggage to the aircraft. The frame is made of steel structure, and the electronic control system uses the American Curtis (CURTIS) AC controller, the drive system uses the Italian PMP high-efficiency wet braking drive integrated electric bridge, and the German Schimmoeller environmentally friendly 50V AC motor, with a power of 28.7KW, providing strong driving force and a maximum speed of 25km/h under no-load conditions.
TYLTD300 Electric Towing Vehicle Charging Instructions
The TYLTD300 electric towing vehicle is charged using national standard charging stations. The interface adopts a 9-pin DC charging port, and both the DC charging port and the communication protocol comply with the national standard GB/T32960. The charging plug meets the GB requirements and can be used interchangeably by different brands. Please follow the relevant national regulations for charging operations.
1) Although the charger has complete protection measures and can operate without supervision under normal conditions, it can still cause major accidents in case of abnormalities. Therefore, personnel must be on duty during charging.
2) The output interface of the charger and the charging interface of the electric vehicle both have dangerous voltages. When operating the charging interface with your hands, you must keep your hands dry. The charging interface itself is not allowed to have water stains. During the charging operation and the entire charging process, the charger, connecting cables, and charging interface must not be wet by water. After the charging is completed and the charging gun is pulled out, immediately close the charging port cover. Clean the positive and negative conductive springs inside the charging port with alcohol every three months to remove stains.
3) Before operating the charger, check if the input and output cables and charging connectors are damaged. After confirming that the settings are correct, connect the charger to the communication interface between the vehicle's battery management system and the charger, as well as the charging interface between the charger and the vehicle. Start the charging process.
4) Do not plug or unplug the charging plug while the charger is not turned off.
5) After connecting the charging gun, the vehicle cannot move. The charging circuit is isolated from the chassis.
6) During the charging process, if any of the following situations or other abnormalities are found, stop the charging operation immediately, cut off the power supply of the charging equipment, and try to maintain the state of the equipment when it malfunctions:
① Abnormal sounds inside the charger
② Abnormal smell or smoke coming from the charger
③ The charger display does not show
④ The touch screen of the charger has no response
⑥ The charger has an irrecoverable fault alarm
