(1) Energy Storage Battery
Battery selection of domestic market share of the first (Ningde Times) lithium iron phosphate power battery, mainly by the high-voltage control system, high-voltage core, heating system, BMS battery management system; battery protection level IP68, battery voltage 540.96V, power total 246.67kwh, energy density of 155.95wh/kg, the battery is equipped with fire extinguishing devices, the battery pack working environment at -35 ~ 65 ℃, the battery pack is equipped with a fire suppression device. The working environment of the battery pack is -35~65℃.
Under normal use conditions and correct maintenance conditions, single discharge ≤ 80%, battery cycle charging and discharging times 4000 times (residual capacity of not less than 80%), equipped with national standard charging interface, able to use the charging piles provided by the bidder for charging, to meet the requirements of all-weather charging of the civil airport apron conditions, 90kw charging piles from the low battery warning level to full, the charging time of not more than 1.5 hours, the charging time of not more than 1.5 hours. It meets the national standard GB/T32960.
(2) Drive motor
Adopting Suzhou Green Control GC-TM1300-01 permanent magnet synchronous motor, the peak torque and power of the motor are 750NM and 185kW respectively, and the maximum rotational speed is 3500rpm, which fully meets the demand of power.
(3) Drive Motor Controller
Adopting Qingling's self-developed five-in-one high-voltage integrated control system, it integrates the power supply adaption of multiple parts and systems into the same controller to centralise cooling and management; the water-cooling system is automatically switched on when the temperature exceeds 60°.
