Diesel Airport Catering Truck configuration nine technological innovation is reflected in the following points:
1. Lightweight structure: High-strength steel BS960E Q produced by Baosteel of China and reaching the world-class technical level is selected. This type of high-strength steel has been widely used in the powerful arms of large-tonnage weightlifting machines.
2. Fork frame processing technology: An 8-meter-long large bending machine is used, and it is formed in one go through a customized high-strength mold. The use of isothermal, equal-voltage and equal-current welding ensures the uniformity and strength of the welding. The four lifting fork frames adopt boring technology to ensure the coaxiality and consistency of the rolling shafts to the greatest extent, effectively enhancing the wear resistance and stability of the lifting device and prolonging the service life of the aviation food truck.
3. Body: It is made of food-grade body panels, riveted with non-perforated rivets, sealed with imported easily expunable glue, and the bottom plate is made of custom-made 7 series corrosion-resistant high-strength patterned aluminum plate. There is only one weld seam on the entire body bottom plate. It is fixed with bottom bolts, and there are no process holes on the inner surface of the bottom plate of the box body. The entire aluminum plate of the carriage has a single weld seam and no bolt fixing holes, which makes the movement of the dining car more stable, improves the waterproof performance inside the carriage, and makes it more beautiful and durable.
4. Painting: All steel structural components (except the chassis) undergo electrophoresis and are sprayed with imported automot-specific paint. They are dried in a dedicated large paint booth to ensure that the paint dries quickly, has uniform color, good hardness, and is more durable.
5. Hydraulic system:
The pumps and valves used in the hydraulic system are all imported products from Europe and America, with high reliability. Pre-installed ferset joints, high-precision seamless hard pipes, multi-layer steel wire hoses, compressed air flushing is adopted. All hydraulic components are inspected, pressure-tested and assembled in a dust-free workshop. The system has a high safety factor, which is more than four times the working pressure of the system. It is safe and reliable, and has a long service life.
6. Electrical System:
The main electrical components adopt imported brands. Printed circuit boards are used inside the electrical box. Interlocking devices are adopted between the functions of lifting the box body and the retraction and extension of the support feet. When a certain action is executed at the same time, the other three actions are invalid. Only when one action is completed can the second action be executed, thus ensuring the safety and reliability of the system.
